Please take a moment to review our salon policies before booking.
Your appointments are very important to the Benita Bianca Hair Salon and our team members. Appointments are reserved especially for you and our stylists are in very high demand. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel within our 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of your service total or if you no show you will be charged 100% of your service total.
Please understand that our time is valuable, as is yours so let's work together to make the most of it.
50% DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES OVER $150.00
We now require a 50% deposit for all services over $150.00. When you reserve your appointment and your specific services you are committing to those services. If you would like to change your services please contact your stylist so they can adjust your services and offer the extra time to another client.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT that you will need to reply with "C". However, if you do not confirm, your appointment will be offered to another client on our waitlist.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fees.
Benita Bianca Hair Salon does not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with your service please call the salon and our team will be more than happy to discuss correction options.
If you notice anything you need adjusted with your haircut or color please call the salon within 2 weeks of your service. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% in LOVE with your hair and our team will be happy to make tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your previous appointment.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO HOLD APPOINTMENT
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Benita Bianca Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file 50% of the service. If you no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service total.

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR BENITA BIANCA HAIR SALON.

COVID 19 POLICIES
1. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment. In this case our normal cancellation fee will be waived. Please note that you will be required to wait 14 days before rescheduling.
2. Lateness policy: To allow us time to properly sanitize each station between appointments, it is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.
