NEW GUESTS
New guests must complete a brief questionnaire, which allows our stylists to fully prepare for your NEW GUEST EXPERIENCE.
We'll text you to schedule within 48 hrs after you complete the questionnaire.
During your NEW GUEST experience you will have an up to 4 hour session with your stylist, depending on your needs.
Each includes a full consultation, product prescription plan, session outline, cost estimate, and performance of actual salon services.
If we think you'll need more than one session we'll let you know before services begin.

CURRENT GUESTS
Current guests can book maintenance appointments. Appropriate follow up appointments will be recommended by your stylist.
If you are booking simple services such as a root touch up or toner feel free to book these services online.
If you are thinking about a bigger change please contact us directly so we can ensure you have the appropriate time and services booked for your appointment.

NEW GUESTS
Each head of hair is as unique as the person wearing it! Our stylists need the appropriate sessions, time, products and a little hairdresser magic to create your dream hair.
By filling out our NEW GUEST form and setting up your NEW GUEST appointment our stylists will have all the information they need to create a customized hair plan for you .
If multiple sessions are needed for your hair goals you will know in advance, and will be given a session and cost estimate in your new client consultation.
CURRENT GUESTS
We did it. We've created your hair plan and you can now book online for your next session or maintenance appointment. Your stylist will guide you to book exactly what you need to continue toward your hair goals.
