WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total. 

If you are absent from your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total.

PLEASE CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS TO AVOID CHARGES.

Appointments reserve time for both you and our stylists, who are in high demand. As such, we require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment without charges.

Please understand that our time is valuable, as is yours, so let's work together to preserve value for each other. 

IF YOU ARE LATE WE MAY NOT HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

CORRECTIVE WORK AVAILABLE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR DATE OF SERVICE.

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon and our team will help schedule adjustments. We offer adjustments within two weeks of your original date of service.



BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR HAIR HISTORY.
We conduct thorough consultations in advance of all services. 
It is CRITICAL that you are upfront and honest about your hair history.

 

Any damage caused to your hair as a result of undivulged information is NOT the responsibility of the stylist or Benita Bianca Hair Salon.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON.

Your hair and wellness are of the utmost important to us. That being said, under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse of any kind toward our staff or guests. 

CONSULTATION FEE:

Our consultations are complimentary unless your appointment is cancelled or no showed within 48 hours. If so you will be charged a $30.00 fee for the missed appointment.

OUR STAFF IS FULLY VACCINATED.

WE SANITIZE ALL STATIONS AND TOOLS BETWEEN SERVICES.

BRING YOUR VACCINE CARD.

We will log it in your salon profile for next time.

BRING YOUR MASK. IT MAY BE REQUIRED.

Per city guidance, if any guests in the salon are not fully vaccinated, we will required all staff and patrons to wear a mask. 

To be clear, if you are not fully vaccinated, we require you wear a mask for the entirety of your appointment.

If all guests present are vaccinated, but you would feel more comfortable if your stylist wears a mask, just ask and we're more than happy to wear one for the duration of your service.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, PLEASE CANCEL. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

In this case our normal cancellation fee will be waived. Please note that you will be required to wait 14 days before rescheduling.
