WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS TO AVOID CHARGES.
Appointments reserve time for both you and our stylists, who are in high demand. As such, we require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment without charges.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, or are absent from your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total.
Please understand that our time is valuable, as is yours, so let's work together to preserve value for each other.
IF YOU ARE LATE WE MAY NOT HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds of any kind.
CORRECTIVE WORK AVAILABLE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR DATE OF SERVICE.
Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon and our team will help schedule adjustments. We offer adjustments within two weeks of your original date of service.
BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR HAIR HISTORY.
We conduct thorough consultations in advance of all services. It is CRITICAL that you are upfront and honest about your hair history.
Any damage caused to your hair as a result of undivulged information is NOT the responsibility of the stylist or Benita Bianca Hair Salon.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON.
Your hair and wellness are of the utmost important to us. That being said, under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse of any kind toward our staff or guests.
Our consultations are complimentary unless your appointment is cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or you are absent from your consultation, in which case you will be charged a $30.00 fee for the missed consultation.

To ensure our stylists are compensated for their time, our policy with short notice cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test is as follows:
We will charge the full value of the appointment using your card on file.
We will also reschedule your appointment for a future date and time that is convenient for you.
At your new appointment any prior charges will be credited toward your final ticket.
